Children Among Us: Foundations In Children's Ministries, edited by Cassandra Williams. Book - 2003, Witherspoon Press. This book outlines an approach to welcoming children that calls on the commitment of the entire faith community to engage children in multiple venues of ministry. This biblically based, theologically grounded resource is informed by current scholarship coupled with practical information on how children learn, grow, and respond to the "often-too-adult-world" of Christian faith.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Kids - This program is aimed at third through fifth graders and its purpose is to help children understand and accept all people. It helps children build skills for relating to family and friends. The learning is experiential and the discussion is drawn from the children themselves. Each session features a worship component, giving the program greater depth. It provides a framework for tying faith to life, and life to faith.

Parenting in the Pew: Guiding Your Children into the Joys of Worship (expanded ed.), Robbie Castleman. Book. Worship, Robbie writes, is the most important thing you can ever train your child to do. Pritchard shows how to offr the essence of the gospel imaginatively to children, with practical ideas on children's worship, liturgy, drama and study of the Bible.
