The SPOR group reviews various operations and structures of the presbytery
seeking ways to make improvements. recent changes include
- Dividing Racial Ethnic ministries into Latino
Ministries and African-American Ministries
- Under consideration is changing to 3 annual
presbytery meetings rather than the current 4 meetings.
- Annual Reports from all Presbytery Committees are
reviewed by SPOR for the purpose of coordination and avoiding
overlapping purposes or projects.
- SPOR reviews various suggestions as directed by
Presbytery Council.
