New COM Manual using 3 communities: Open it here.

The COM has restructured to have sub-committees over seeing each of the 3 communities. (See A Map) These Community based COM groups are taking responsibility for the churches in their area in regard to:

1. Receiving and dismissing pastors / Examinations
2. Approving terms of call and CLP agreements
3. Triennial visits to the churches
4. Responding to church needs and requests
5. Assigning moderators

West COM: (69 churches) Chair: Rev. Karen Allen of Brownson Memorial Open Complete Roster

Central COM: (61 Churches) Chair: Rev. Randy Bremer, Westminster PC Fayetteville Open Complete Roster

East COM: (58 Churches) Chair: Rev. Hannah Vaughan. Wilmington Open Complete East Roster

Complete COM (all 188 churches): Rev Steve Hein , Chair
Meets Quarterly. The Complete Committee is retaining responsibility for:

1. Setting Minimum terms of call
2. Receiving pastors from other denominations into our membership
3. Training for Lay Pastors (but not their placement)
